- Assists families of infants and toddlers birth to 3 with developmental delays and/or disabilities help their children learn and develop through everyday activities and routines so that they participate fully in family and community services
- Supports and services are available for all eligible children and their families regardless of the family's ability to pay (family cost share - sliding scale).
